Before you go shopping the next time, stop at the help desk and ask to speak to someone.
- You go shopping anyway, right? If you can’t figure this out at home, asking an employee for help the next time you’re there seems like a good next step.
- 2 Ask a customer service rep for help getting a Clubcard. Once you speak to a clerk, explain that you’re interested in a Tesco clubcard but that you need some assistance. They’ll either sign you up on the spot, complete the signup process on their website for you, or show you what you’ll need to do to sign up.
- 3 Fill out any personal applications per the clerk’s request. If the clerk signs you up or fills the app out for you, they’ll need your name, address, email, and postal code. Provide the info they ask for to complete the signup process.

Points may only be claimed for up to two receipts per day. Members will be required to quote their Clubcard number to collect points on purchases made through any catalogue, phone, partner or online transaction.
