Since this is based on your Apple ID info, here is how to fix this: 1. Go to the Apple ID website and sign in with your Apple ID, then update and correct your personal info.2. Once that is corrected, then sign out of your Apple ID on your iPhone, restart your iPhone and then sign back into your Apple ID and test the issue again.
